Thought for the day: Food


Food - October 2012

My thought for the day - if we were more creative (i.e., if we played with our food) in meal preparation so that the food became feast for nose, eyes, and tongue, perhaps there would be less emphasis on amount eaten and more emphasis on enjoyment of healthy and sufficient amounts.  Beauty can be satisfying!"
