Oven Potato Wedges
Submitted by: NRVLAURA
Cross between a baked potato and french fries. The kids love them and I am love that they are healthy for the kids. Can vary the spices to make them barbeque or spicy. Can use Sweet potatoes and cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.

Ingredients
4 3/4 pounds of red (new) potatoes cut into 4-6 wedges per half potato
Butter Mix:
1/3 cup Parkay Squeeze Butter, melted
1 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, Onion Powder, Ms. Dash Table Blend

Mix all ingredients for the butter mix. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the butter mix over the potatoes. Toss until all pieces of potato are covered.

Sprinkle with salt, if so desired.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil for last 15 minutes of cooking.
Done when potatoes are soft throughout and when browned. Might use broiler to brown a bit more if needed.
