Skillet Spaghetti with Sweet Potato Noodles Recipe: A drizzle of oil (in the bottom of the skillet) 2 pounds ground beef...
1 tablespoon Italian spice seasoning 1 tablespoon onion powder ½ tablespoon garlic powder 4 cups tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce (if using spaghetti sauce may want to change amount of spices) 4 -8 cups of water 2 packs of Sweet Potato Noodles (Dry) Salt In a LARGE electric skillet, drizzle in the oil. Drop in the beef and spices. Brown the beef. Add the spaghetti (or tomato) sauce. Add 4 cups of water. Stir well. Turn temperature down to low simmer. Lay the noodles over top the wet mixture. Press down with a spatula. Put lid on the skillet. Let sit 3 minutes. Lift lid, and stir limp noodles into the sauce. Add more water if you think needed. Cover again. Let cook on LOW simmer for about 15 or so minutes. Done when noodles are cooked through. To serve: Stir well. Use kitchen shears to cut the HUGELY LONG noodles into bite-sized pieces. Stir once more. Top with Asiago, Romano, and Parmesan Cheeses.
