Ingredients
1 pound dark, sweet frozen cherries3/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup honey
Directions
In a high speed blender, put, in order, frozen cherries, 1/2 & 1/2, and honey. Pulse until completely smooth. (about 2 minutes)Serve immediately or freeze.

Tips
you can use any frozen fruit. It is ok to substitute non-dairy "cream" of any type. It also works to sub in any sweetener including things like truvia.
