Webinar about the use of Ketamine for Bipolar Disorders

I attended this webinar.  I am not sure what I think about using substances which are also illegal street drugs, but...  For some of the people whom I have worked with who have resistant and uncontrolled bipolar disorder - anything might be better than the status quo.
